CV Pets & Home Checks provides professional, in-home pet care that allows your pets to remain in the comfort of their familiar surroundings. We move at your pet’s pace, follow their routines, and take the time to truly notice how they’re doing. Every visit is attentive, unhurried, and rooted in genuine care.
Drop-In Visit Rates
Our drop-in visits are designed to give your pets real attention, not just a quick check-in. We take time to connect, observe behavior, and ensure your pet feels settled and supported.
Drop-in visits are structured by length to match your pet’s needs and remain consistent throughout your service period.
30-minute visit: $40
45-minute visit: $50
60-minute visit: $60
Visits may include feeding, fresh water, potty breaks or litter care, medication as instructed, companionship, and light home oversight. We specalize in cat care and also offer medication administration at an additional 5/day surcharge.
Dog Walking
Dog walks are more than exercise. They’re an important part of your dog’s emotional and physical well-being.
We walk at your dog’s pace, pay close attention to their comfort and surroundings, and treat each walk as quality time, not a task to rush through.
Occasional Dog Walks
Occasional dog walks are scheduled as standard drop-in visits and follow the same visit lengths and rates listed above.
Recurring Dog Walking
For dogs who thrive on routine, recurring walks provide consistency, familiarity, and a trusted rhythm.
Recurring dog walking (3 or more walks per week): $35 per walk
Additional dogs during the same walk: $10 per dog
Recurring rates apply only to established, consistent weekly schedules.
Overnight Home Sitting
Some pets need more than daytime visits. Overnight home sitting offers a comforting presence during the evening and night, helping pets feel secure and supported while maintaining the feeling of a lived-in home.
Overnight care is $125 per night and covers care from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM. This service is ideal for pets who experience anxiety at night, prefer companionship, or simply do better knowing someone is nearby.
Midday Visits During Overnight Care
If your pet benefits from additional daytime attention, midday potty breaks or visits can be added at the standard drop-in visit rates.
To ensure reliable care during our busiest travel periods, a major holiday surcharge of $30 per visit applies on select holidays.
An additional $10 per visit applies during Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and New Year’s week due to increased demand and limited availability.
Holiday surcharges help us maintain consistent scheduling, adequate staffing, and the level of attentive care our clients expect during peak travel times.

Hotel Pet Sitting

Sometimes when you’re traveling for fun or business, the family pets get to come along, too! When you want to enjoy area attractions like shopping, relaxing by the pool, seeing live music or theater, or having a leisurely dinner at a fantastic restaurants, our pet sitters will provide one-on-one pet care in the comfort of your hotel room.
